Refund and Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICIES: Please remember to check the cancellation or modification policies for your reservation on the platform you booked on.
FOR RESERVATIONS MADE ON OUR BOOKING ENGINE: You have up to 24 hours before your arrival to cancel or modify at no cost. If you do not report the change before this time or do not show up, we will have to charge the first night of your reservation to your credit card.
FOR RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH HOSTELWORLD: You have up to 24 hours before your arrival to cancel or modify at no cost. If you do not inform the change before this time or do not show up, we will have to charge 50% of the total value of your reservation or 100% if your reservation is for only one night on your credit card.
RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH BOOKING/EXPEDIA OR OTHERS: You have up to 48 hours before your arrival to cancel or modify at no cost. If you do not inform the change before this time or do not show up, we will have to charge the total price of your reservation on your credit card.
If you arrive after 11pm, please let us know via WhatsApp, otherwise your reservation will be automatically cancelled at that time.
NO SHOW: In case of no show the entire stay will be charged, for early departure the entire stay will be charged, EARLY CHECK IN: (Arrival before the established time) It is subject to hotel availability and has an additional cost of $20,000 COP. LATE CHECK OUT: (Departure after the established time) Prior request is required and is subject to hotel availability. Please check current prices at the counter.
